Daily Duties at The Answer Group:
My day-to-day responsibility consisted of: • Managing a team of 20 techs and assist them with troubleshooting if needed. • Assisted other teams with finding a resolution for critical issues customers were calling in on. • Maintain a team average of 15 min call time for the entire day. • Monitor team activity such as Logged in time vs. auxiliary time. • Assisted technicians with relieving any tension or stress by communicating with them very openly of whatever situation is bothering them. • Teaching new technicians how to use the database system and manage phone calls. Monitor, rate and report their performance. • Tasked with finding new and improved methods for process improvement. • Travel to new locations and train new technicians in the ways of friendly customer support/troubleshooting
