My day-to-day responsibilities consisted of: • Assisting all IT departments with resolving and closing any outstanding work tickets. • Assisted with troubleshooting software issues with all departments, up to 100 different types of clinical software, and hardware issues ranging from servers, PC,s, laptops and hand held mobile devises. • Assisted with gathering all project information and getting appropriate departments involved together to discus all outstanding matters in hand. • Organized and deployed teams to upgrade or downgrade any system software that required decommissioning or upgrading.
