As a contractor sales representative I established a new market in Lake of the Ozarks creating an entirely new success story for a large national company. I was recruited to revamp their warehouse operation and streamline the success of their delivery apparatus. I then became the general manager of Jacobsen and used this newly developed territory to grow that organization exponentially and create new opportunity. I oversaw the transition into a multi-store organization, added lighting and eventually created an automated system to address all the corporate ERP needs. All supervisory responsibilities, P&L activities and other organizational divisional needs. Trained, lead and mentored all aspects including safety, accounting, sales, warehousing and administration.
