In my role as business consultant for these two organizations I stimulated growth while providing both the capabilities in infrastructure to encourage potential clients and capability to obtain capital in support of the growth. I inspected all aspects of the corporate structure and made recommendations to improve processes and fill the obvious voids. I then oversaw all improvements and insured they were in place to be sustained with policies and processes before transitioning out of the organizations.
