Daily Duties at Abiding Home Health:
As branch director, I supervised 7 other nurses for adherence to the plan of care and their skill levels. I audited and reviewed nurses notes/Oasis for completeness accuracy, and adherence to the plan of care, and checked the coding for accuracy.
