Daily Duties at Praxair, Inc.:
Lead the U.S. Labor Practice with direct reports from 3 Sr. Labor Relations Managers and one Labor Relations Analyst. Responsible for the creation and execution of labor strategy and tactics, corporate wide, for both collective bargaining and strategic preservation of union-free operations for approximately 5000 union and nonunion employees in operations and distribution functions. Provide direct support for selected internal clients and sites. Direct and manage "Compliance Hotline" employee relations case management function. Annual salary and travel budget of just over 1M USD.
