Daily Duties at The Fresh Market:
Manage development of ground-up and second generation retail spaces in freestanding and in-line shopping centers for all Western Expansion (West Coast from San Diego to San Francisco and Midwest from Tennessee to Minnesota). Partner with real estate managers during site selection providing insight on property conditions, site access, capital needs, and return on investment. Plan and program new sites creating concept design packages; use concept plans and due diligence assessment to negotiate landlords’ scope. Oversee projects from preliminary planning to grand opening assembling A/E teams, securing entitlements, negotiating construction contracts, and reviewing construction activities.
