Daily Duties at Anchor General Insurance :
• Provided daily direction to all subordinates and employees. • Worked closely with team members to ensure all work was completed satisfactorily in compliance with company policies and applicable laws. • Reviewed claim files above the team-leader’s authority. • Provided weekly and monthly reports of the volume of work handled by each unit to assist in assuring proper staffing for each unit. • Developed and implemented trend reviewed of claims personnel. • Set performance expectations for claims personnel within BI & PD units. • Handled payroll administrations & all personnel issues. • Assisted in coordinating files for DOI or Re-insurer audits as necessary. • Developed and compiled reports for the Vice President of Claims.
