Daily Duties at Alliance United Insurance :
• Supervised the company’s TPA, Bodily Injury and Property Damage adjusters. • Directly managed a team of 7 adjusters handling a total pending of over 800 files. • Ensured unit adjusters’ work was completed timely in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws. • Responsible for the review of claim files above the adjusters’ authority. • Participated in round-table reviews with senior management involving high-exposure claim files. • Completed salary administrations. • Handled personnel issues including hiring, firing, professional development, and training. • Assisted in coordinating files for DOI and carrier audits. • Provided reports as necessary to the Claims Manager and Vice President of Claims.
