Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
Reviewed titles and their documentation in a timely and thorough manner utilizing multi state title knowledge, per LNADM National Default standard operating procedures. Examined and verified the information in the title and writing title reports i.e.: examine abstractor’s documentation for effect and completeness; verify vesting and encumbrances to title; prepare worksheet for typing, using codes to designate items to be reflected in report. Verified the information in the title search and accompanying documentation is accurate and complete, thereby providing an accurate and complete foreclosure report/title product for the attorney. Resolved problems relating to missing, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information contained in the title or accompanying documentation. Communicated effectively and in a pro-active manner with abstractors to obtain any necessary additional information to complete title order and amend product as necessary so issues regarding the title will be resolved.
