Daily Duties at Dispatch Management Llc:
Responsible for all aspects of day to day operations. Lead a team that grew the company from a fleet of 127 cars to over 500 in less than 3 years. Served as principal for an in house Insurance brokerage(currently posses IL Life, A/H and Casualty license), advertising firm, Medallion brokerage house, radio/digital dispatch and affiliation services. Managed a staff of 47 full time employees that operated a 24/7 business. Responsible for all scheduling, new hires and terminations. • Established the first formal chauffer recruiting program in the City of Chicago. Grew new driver enrollment by over 60% in less than 12 months on a limited budget. Created driver safety program, driver training and retention programs, and driver entrepreneurial programs • P&L responsibility for a business that generated over 25 Million in annual revenue. Streamlined daily leasing programs, made pricing and market based adjustments based on seasonality and driver productivity trends. Developed reporting systems to track daily revenue, reporting, risk and loss. • Lead person in establishing corporate relations with both the private sector , government and legislative bodies. • Oversaw maintenance and repair operations for two locations operating 24/7. • Worked with outside council as well as City of Chicago legal council on matters pertaining to the transportation industry. • Worked closely with advertisers and vendors to improve to improve the customer experience.
