Daily Duties at Lane Realty Construction:
Responsible for the quality of workmanship at every phase in the construction process. Provide written reports of completed inspections to owners and upper management. Ensure project is constructed, tested, inspected, and documented in accordance with project specifications and prime agreement. Created workable punch-out list for superintendents. Completed all progress/turnover reports. Manage and supervise staff. Inspecting all phases of construction including underground, slab, block, lintel, trusses, gas, plumbing, electric, frame, insulation, roof, drywall, trim out, punch out, and final inspection.
