Daily Duties at Downeast Builders & Realty Inc. / Crown Communities:
Position oversees, inspect and monitors the work of contractors to ensure quality control and contract compliance for projects of routine to moderate complexity. . Provide written reports of completed inspections to owners and upper management. Ensure project is constructed, tested, inspected, and documented in accordance with project specifications and prime agreement. . Monitoring of all onsite activities including all deliveries, manpower levels, work activities, and site visits. Manage all independent testing and inspections.
