Daily Duties at New Era Cap Company:

Sales Representative in Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina. I called on Account Segments in Urban/Lifestyle, Fan Specialty Accounts, College Bookstore and Specialty, NFL Team/Carolina Panthers, NBA/Charlotte Bobcats-Hornets. Was responsible for On Field Caps for 12 Minor League Baseball Clubs that were worn during games as well as Special Event Caps. Created Custom Caps for Urban/Lifestyle Accounts to hook up to Clothing and Footwear. With New Era, their rights with the Professional Leagues allows for them to use Fabrics that are outside of their normal team colors that are worn on field. With that we would build Custom Caps in Fashion Colors with Major League Baseball, NBA, and NHL logos that our Fashion Accounts would buy to hook up with their Footwear or Clothing. People would buy these to complete their outfit. I created over 5000 successful Custom Caps that performed very well for my customers over the 8 year period that performed very well in Sales for my Customers. I Also presented Seasonal Sales Programs to an Account Base of 80 plus accounts and managed their respective business'. These Program Caps were presented to the account segments listed above and always kept fresh looking caps in my customers shelves. But for this company, I did everything from presenting the different Headwear Seasonal Programs, working with the accounts to create a successful order that was tailored for their store and marketplace, entered these orders, took at once Stock Orders and entered them on a daily basis, took care of daily reports tracking orders and shipping status. Took care of any problems that may exist with shipping or order entry errors.
