Daily Duties at Developmental Pathways:

•Provide executive-level and business support to the CEO •Very reliable and consistent gatekeeper protecting the confidentiality of privileged information for the CEO and executive team •Understand the sensitive nature of all information be kept in strict and utmost confidence •Successful at keeping my supervisor well-informed and on top of things that are going on and keeping lines of communication open •Manage calendar, plan and schedule internal/external meetings with Board of Directors, County Commissioners, School Superintendents, Legislators, Lobbyists, Chamber members, clients and staff. •Provide administrative support to Developmental Pathways Board of Directors for all communication, board documents, and setting up of monthly meetings •Work closely with Directors within all departments to ensure positive and smooth working relations •Schedule domestic and international travel
