$8 Million dollar Budget on six product lines of specialized metals, synthetics, plastics & spray coatings. Operation Planning - BOM's, Routers, Work Orders, Delivery Dates, Backorders FInancial Roll-ups, Manufacturing/Sales/Engineering coordination Inventory Control - Reduce inventory and obsolete items R&D/Engineering support - Continuous new product integration Quality - Corrective Actions, Material Disposition/segragation, MRB team member, FInancial resolution Oracle - implementation and support Consignment Programs - implementation and support
