Leadership role in the Firm's Consumer Finance Practice managing engagements and workstreams utilizing auditing and project management skills. Developed the testing plans for assigned workstreams and produced training presentations and communication decks for team members. Coached, mentored, and provided feedback to staff on quality of work product as well and communicated status of the team's engagement progress to Senior Managers and directors. Areas of focus were the data validation in the Loan Servicing, Foreclosure practices, and Origination in the Residential Mortgage space. Utilized Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and SharePoint in producing deliverables.
