Daily Duties at Mufg Union Bank:
Initiated, developed, and managed the Retail Residential Conforming Lending Quality Assurance department which conducts detailed audits of salable residential loans in the pre-closing stage for compliance with Bank credit Policy and Investor guidelines. Produced all department workflows, training, QA Audit Loan Level Questionnaire, File Review Procedure documentation, capture and reporting and collaborated with the business units to implement the process. Managed the strategic and day to day operations of the QA audit staff in three operations work sites.
