PMP-certified specialist contracted to direct the process improvement initiatives of several Fortune 500 clients, as well as, technology-focused clients such as, AT&T Mobiity, T-Mobile, Cricket Communications, Siemens, Tellabs, Merrimack Global Partners, and Kay & Associates Consulting. Works closely with key stakeholders to identify and define requirements; utilizes PMI methodologies to guide projects through the development lifecycle, including concept and design, definition of project scope, identification of potential risks, implementation of risk management processes, and launch of program management plan. Leverages expertise in project management, global account management, business analysis, human resources, requirements development, and process reengineering to deliver customized, business-centric solutions.
