Daily Duties at Arizona Department Of Emergency And Military Affairs:
Prepare construction project specifications per State, Local and Army National Guard regulations. Responsible for the inspection of projects under construction for compliance with project plans, specifications and cost estimate. Acts as liaison between contractor and Construction and Facilities Management Officer and the National Guard Bureau. Participates in contract negotiations and pre-bid meetings with both the State and Federal contracting offices as well as contractor.
