Daily Duties at Evans Analytical Group:

 Coordinate with the customers and other engineers within the company to work on customer projects before the deadline  Perform Latch-up tests and HBM/MM/CDM ESD with or without leakage tests using the MK4, MK2, Paragon, Verifier Test System and RCDM per established standards including JEDEC, Mil-Std-883, ESDA, AEC, etc…  Create test plans, analyze and troubleshoot test failing component chipset and provide test reports/ input billing information into the system  Be initiative and accurate in reviewing and testing customer jobs to make decisions confidently and wisely  Interview and provide technical training to new hired lab technicians and engineers.  Review and revise the lab ESD and LU testing procedure document per standard to meet the annual inspection  Support and help to raise the lab monthly revenue by 250% within one year  Do cross product selling per phone and in person; provide services and sell new services to the customers  Concentrate on working in a team or individually to maintain and improve the lab’s on-time delivery and customer satisfaction ratings
