Daily Duties at Skyline Construction:
• Effectively utilized critical thinking and project management to conduct and lead portions of the bid solicitation process for multiple tenant improvement construction projects, contributing to the overall project procurement process. • Efficiently assisted management in the execution of schedules, estimating, submittals, RFIs, change orders, budgeting of key financial processes and risk control identification, contributing to successful project completions. • Assist with the implementation of a more standardized Project Management Processes for the organization, improving efficiency of project administration and safety programs.
