Daily Duties at Adp Automatic Data Processing:
Managing 5 clients and payroll teams. Responsible for all payroll processing and accuracy goals met for 99.5. Client facing meeting including teleconference, webinars, on-going communications in relation to cycle processing and quarter/year end activities. On site visits to review processes, projects which change the client's systems, year end and lessons learned from year end. Team development and strive to have the team become FPC, CPP or PHR certified. Development to entail accomplishment for team member eligibility for promotion.
