Daily Duties at U.S.A. Army:

 Oversaw human resources functions for joint U.S. military diplomatic organization  Consulted with upper management on all HR procedures and functions  Developed procedures to guide all 4 branches of the U.S. military  Supervised and revised government defense contracts  Trained and mentored HR staff  Coordinated visits of senior State Department and Defense Department executives  Led teams of up to 125, including management personnel, in the fulfillment of objectives for critical programs and missions  Completed diverse scope of responsibilities including staff training and mentoring, performance evaluations, problem analysis and resolution, strategic planning/execution, project management, and quality control  Coordinated and managed multimillion-dollar assets and resources
