Oversaw human resources functions for joint U.S. military diplomatic organization Consulted with upper management on all HR procedures and functions Developed procedures to guide all 4 branches of the U.S. military Supervised and revised government defense contracts Trained and mentored HR staff Coordinated visits of senior State Department and Defense Department executives Led teams of up to 125, including management personnel, in the fulfillment of objectives for critical programs and missions Completed diverse scope of responsibilities including staff training and mentoring, performance evaluations, problem analysis and resolution, strategic planning/execution, project management, and quality control Coordinated and managed multimillion-dollar assets and resources
