Served as the Lead Strategist and Policy Developer for the Army Readiness Branch. Collaborated monthly, across the entire Army, with consisted of 550,000 personnel, organized into 21 subordinate organizations comprised of 6,500 units. Provided policy recommendations to C-Level executives on strategic level challenges to Army readiness.
