Daily Duties at Encore/Convergys:
Director of collections oversee the Capital one relationship. Responsible for 250 plus agents and 30 managers. Created the skip to collect program and worked with Capital One in developing the skip to collect processes and compensation program. managed three portfolios of capital one and added a 4th in early 2007, Cash, Skip to collect, early stage and private label I was responsible for managing over 3 million dollars a month in revenue.
