Daily Duties at Burke Properties:
Oversee all financial and accounting functions for 55+ real estate entities, including residential market rate and HUD housing, residential development of condominiums, commercial land development, and commercial property management. Manage all accounting staff. Create and administer all accounting policies and procedures. Implement tax reduction strategies (Cost Segregation Studies) and real estate tax reduction processes. Contract and complete low income housing audits. Prepare and evaluate pro forma real estate information for real estate investment.
