Daily Duties at Target:

Promoted to ETL-Logistics Pay Grade 13 Solely accountable for all operations in the store. Controlled all freight inbound/outbound processessing (dock to front door. Responsible for all OSHA, local, state and federal compliance/retention standards/permitting. Reported to Store Team Leader Lead a team of 20-40 hourly team members Lead a team of 4 hourly supervisors Responsible for writing and approving supervisor reviews for all logistic's team members Maintaining an open door culture driving change through personal influence conducting mentoring sessions with developmental candidates interviewed/selected/trained new employees wrote schedules for team members every week. Schedules two weeks out. build a diverse and inclusive environment increase productivity/payroll savings opened/closed store all Environmentally sensitive items in store (both sell and store use) performance management/corrective actions. all price change/management of all items in the store. for driving gross margin. maintain markdowns/sell through all planograms set on time, safely and accurately transitioning store between seasons support community through volunteerism deliver amazing guest service handle team member and guest concerns all instocks for entire store (count adjustments/communicating out of stock issues to HQ/accurate stocking) engage with guests to build loyalty teach/train/develop team to drive sales maintaining a competitive environment be the best/like to win salary schedule 50 hours minimum weekly management of vendors-hold them accountable-set expectations
