Daily Duties at Accenture, Llc/Accenture Hr Services:
• Managed employment EEO Compliance functions for over 30,000 employees and multiple clients exceeding service level agreement. Developed and implemented Affirmative Action Plans and related analyses. Facilitated client response to EEOC audits, coordinate WARN reporting, subject matter expert in government regulations, such as FMLA, FCRA, FLSA, ADAAA, ADEA, Title VII. • Designed strategy for supervisor performance counseling and functioned as internal consultant to client companies in assessing their performance management initiatives, and provided third party review and action plan recommendations. • Developed and delivered employee diversity and employee relations training modules. • Project Manager for the US operational transition team to ensure merger of HR transactions for client companies. Responsibility required coordination between the US and the UK teams. • Transition Lead for the US and Canadian operational transition team for HR Administration to ensure merger of HR Transactions for client company. Responsibility encompassed the coordination of HR Transactions, Records Management, I-9 processing, and Mobility Services. Managed team to develop new Exit process and Alumni website for a client company.
