Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

Customer-facing manager responsible for hiring, training and managing team of up to 15 Review Appraisers conducting reviews of one to four unit residential appraisals throughout United States. Protected internal and external customers by assessing risk of collateral purchases. Wrote narrative review appraisals of complex assignments. Other responsibilities included pipeline management, establishment and maintenance of policies and procedures, external client relations. Provided internal and external training to Sales, Underwriting and Appraisal departments. Internal clients included Retail, Wholesale and Correspondent Lending Divisions.
