Daily Duties at Self Employed, Free Lance Consultant:
Promotion, coordination and execution of several Financial Pre-feasibility and Feasibility studies, as well as economic consulting projects (strategic business planning, international marketing research, export development programs, etc.) for several Latin American and/or USA companies, exploring new business opportunities and performing strategic alliances, due diligences, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, etc., especially for companies and investors acting or interested in the Sugar Cane, Forestry and Automotive Industries. In order to develop these projects, as required, there was the need to subcontract the services of several multidisciplinary professionals (economists, administrators, certified public accountants, various fields of engineers, sociologists, etc.). The nature of the job requested intensive traveling between Venezuela, Panama and Miami (USA), respectively. In addition, I had to travel to Peru and El Salvador to perform some projects.
