As Country/General Manager of WV, I was in charge (P&L responsibility) of managing the entire company (operations, human resources, marketing-sales, administration, finance, etc.). The job required the day-to-day coordination, supervision and motivation of several Department (Staff) and Regional (Operations) Managers, as well as the development, execution, control and evaluation of the overall strategy of the company.
