Responsible for talent, learning & leadership development strategy and implementation for corporate, retail stores, and distribution center workforce of 53,000 associates in US, Canada and Puerto Rico. •Delivered annual Regional, District and Store Manager leadership conference varying in size from 300-2000 leaders. •Increased distribution center associates productivity and retention through training redesign and implementation of new support structure resulting in improved DC engagement scores.
