Emphasis on fiscal / operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Global Service Delivery organization, 24X7 staff. Division demanded ferocious attention to profitability. Results –$100M in customer contracts, received maximum bonus pay out. Total contract value of the accounts over their term $400M+.
