Americas Balance Sheet Consolidation Manager / Lead 10/2005-10/2006 US Balance Sheet Consolidation Lead 10/2003-10/2004 Americas Consolidation Inter-company / Inter-geography Elimination Coordinator 02/2002-08/2003 Global Services - Integrated Technology Services Division Income & Expense Lead 07/1999-01/2002 •Monthly management reporting – Americas Geography results consolidation, and fluctuation analysis, Geo/country result review and present to Directors •Americas quarterly US GAAP 10K/10Q reporting •Ensure compliance with GAAP and IBM Accounting Practices, and provide technical guidance to countries and regions. •Support and coordinate restructuring and re-engineering projects for business control improvement and process streamline •Coordinate Americas consolidation function’s Accounting control review, and SOX control testing IBM PC Business Divestiture Project – Americas project manager 10/2004-10/2005 •Americas accounting coordinator for the PC business divestiture project to Lenovo. •Work with country Accounting and interface with other business functions on segmenting PC business, implementing the system readiness, and divestiture accounting reporting.
