Liaison with external auditor on annual financial statements audit and US GAAP and IFRS compliance. - Include cash securities (government securities, asset-backed securities, loans, equities) and derivatives (IR and FX) - Financial instruments fair value disclosure, securitization, consolidation and derecognization. - Collateralized financings and settlements •Responsible for various broker/dealer’s government filings - SEC: FR-Y9C, FR-Y7N, FR-Y7Q, 17H; FINRA: FOCUS; Fed: TIC filings; HUD filing •Responsible for RBS Subsidiaries monthly closing and reporting, and department SOX and controls •Manager of a 7 people team •Core member of various cross functional strategic and enhancement projects
