Daily Duties at Hp:
I led a global, panHP Program Management Office and Steering committee to define and drive the design and implementation of new processes and tools that supported both Commercial and Consumer Warranty and Post Sales Support. In addition, I drove the organizational redesign of the Organization (HC = 300), including the go forward location strategy, and the operational cadence and governance. Directly managed 7 HC, provided leadership to project team of over 70 business and IT professionals.
