Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing execution of HR initiatives that support the global PPS sales talent strategy, driving highly effective solutions that enable the identification, selection, onboarding, performance, career development and engagement of a best-in-class sales force. Target audience is over 6,300 sales employees, and 900 sales managers driving over $55B in annual sales. Additionally, lead HR Business Partner to two SVPs leading the wwSales Strategic organization and the Global HP Shopping organization. Drive the people initiatives including organizational design, workforce management, talent development, employee engagement, compensation application, and ongoing performance management.
