Daily Duties at U.S. Air Force Public Affairs:
Provide expert advice and guidance to Secretary of the Air Force, Chief of Staff, Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, and Director of Air Force public affairs on training, retention, morale and proper utilization of forces issues for 80 U.S. Air Force staffers and 1,000 people stationed worldwide. Ensure proper alignment and utilization of employees and fill associated skill gaps, covering a wide range of personnel issues requiring timely resolution. Manage Public Affairs recognition by ensuring proper implementation of awards and incentive programs. Serve as enlisted manpower lead, overseeing assignments for journalists and broadcasters based master manning document for the public affairs career field.
