Bae Technical Services Work Values

Daily Duties at Bae Technical Services:

Install and test prototype radio systems for the USCG, allowing 24/7 reception of distress calls to 25 nm. I was the Production Lead for creating 82 C2275 Radio Systems-hardware kit modifications to enhance encryption of deployed USMC radios. Although not part of my assigned duties, I reorganized power supply testing procedures and test fixture ergonomics, decreasing repair time by 50%. I was the onsite Team lead for transmitter upgrades aboard 41’ patrol boats; all jobs complete ahead of schedule.
