Daily Duties at General Cinema Corporation:
Participates with representatives from Development and Legal in formulating or modifying lease negotiation strategy pertaining to pending lease negotiations with new or existing landlords. Participates in these up-front lease negotiations as they pertain to common area maintenance expenses (CAM), rental expenses, and real estate taxes to be paid by the company. Participates in the Disposition of the Theatre Asset program. Negotiates with landlords for early termination, release or buyout of Theatre lease. Additionally works with commercial brokers to assist in finding prospective tenants to sublease or take over existing lease.
