Daily Duties at National Amusements Inc.:

Overseas the global lease administration and rent processing for all National Amusements lease locations. Additionally, the position is responsible for management of key external partners (Brokers, Consultants, and other third party professionals). Primary Functional Roles & Responsibilities: Oversight and review of occupancy costs, specifically the rent budget Management of the lease tracking system – the tools, the administrative team, the policies and processes, the integration's and the compliance with all regulatory requirements Engagement with internal partners.
