• Oversee In-Prison Men’s (Felons) Substance Abuse Treatment Program • Supervise Certified Substance Abuse Counselors • Train staff in cognitive behavior therapy and forensic psychology methodology • Manage program’s budget; program expenses • Partnership with State of California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation • Liaison with community resources agencies • Administrative duties: Correspondence, gather and maintain data for quarterly, monthly, and weekly reports.
