Daily Duties at Windham Technical High School:
• Directed and coordinated day-to-day operational aspects of the Electronics shop consisting of students in ninth through twelfth grade as well as one instructor • Took charge of ordering supplies and maintaining equipment in the shop • Educated eleventh, twelfth, ninth, and tenth grade students to develop their competencies and achieve their maximum level of performance • Served as an integral a member of the Electronics curriculum and test writing committee for the Connecticut Technical High School System • Determined staffing requirements: recruited, interviewed, and hired employees to continuously optimize operational efficiency of the Electronics shop
