Supervise principals of schools, coach and direct them in all areas of school management, meet and work with all departments in the district as it relates to student/school success and improvement, conduct strategy sessions as necessary, meet with stakeholders of schools when necessary, travel, meet with supervisors in strategy sessions, complete projects and paperwork in a timely manner
