Daily Duties at Diocese Of St. Petersburg:
• Responsible for processing for payment all invoices related to Diocesan construction and renovation projects • Responsible for processing and tracking the appropriate contracts and change orders for Diocesan construction and renovation projects • Responsible for issuing Owner Direct Purchase Orders and ensuring timely payment of corresponding invoices • Maintain project spreadsheets, including all costs associated with Diocesan construction or renovation projects • Track all Notice to Owners for projects and ensure proper lien releases are obtained prior to releasing funds to contractor • Work in conjunction with parish staff, architects, contractors and other professionals throughout project lifecycle • Serve as a point of reference for parishes or schools needing minor renovations or repairs
