Daily Duties at Bethany Center:
• Responsible for the proper coding, payment and processing of all invoices • Responsible for invoicing clients and the collection and depositing of all payments • Responsible for tracking and reporting event data, including number of guests, meals served, and monies collected or outstanding • Responsible for coordination between Bethany Center and Diocesan Finance Office for essential accounting functions and payment of invoices, including monthly reconciliation of bank statement • Assist with preparation of annual budget
