Daily Duties at Diocese Of St. Petersburg:
• Responsible for the general common operations of the Pastoral Center and other Diocesan-owned properties, including all facilities and grounds operations and maintenance • Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the facilities and coordination of the office support services, including all workroom operations • Responsibilities include developing and managing budgets, supervising assigned employees, and acting as consultant to other Pastoral Center Departments • Acted as project manager on the construction and opening of Bethany Center, a retreat center owned and operated by the Diocese, including selection and procurement of all FF&E items for the project • Served as project manager for various Diocesan renovation projects • Assisted Diocesan Finance Office on special assignments as needed
