Daily Duties at Diocese Of St. Petersburg:
• Assist in the preparation, analysis, management and distribution of financial information to support Diocesan school system • Develop and promulgate policies requiring schools to prepare and update long-range financial plans • Collect and review all school budgets for Superintendent approval • Work closely with Human Resources to facilitate hiring of school personnel and to ensure appropriate documentation is completed to comply with Federal, State and Diocesan regulations • Work closely with Office of Construction on school facility projects • Established vendor relationships to facilitate consolidated procurement of equipment and supplies
