Daily Duties at Corinthian College:
Campus president at a career-oriented institution established to meet the employment and corresponding educational needs of the diverse greater Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Accountable for day-to-day operations, student enrollment, matriculation and job placement rate, vendor negotiations, facility management, status reports and presentations to region and divisional vice president. Audited student enrollment and financial aid paperwork, evaluated all full/part-time faculty through formal observations each semester, and handled employee relations issues. Monitored institutional activities to ensure they were performed in accordance with all criteria of the accrediting and state regulatory agencies and the institution. Managed 6 direct reports (Director of Admissions, Dean of Education, Director of Finance, Director of Student Accounts, Director of Career Services, and Director of Student Services) and an annual budget that increased from $17.8M to $22.5M over 2-year period.
